Conditions of Rental

1. The Lessee must sign the rental agreement with the required deposit before any facility can be reserved or rented. Final payment is due seven days prior to date of facility rental.

2. The Lessee must give seven (7) days notice of any cancellation otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

3. The Deposit is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

4. The Parry Sound Public Library Board reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

5. All facilities must be left in the same condition as prior to the event. Clean up is the responsibility of the applicant.

6. If any damage occurs as a result of the rental, or clean-up of the facility is not performed to the Library’s satisfaction, the Lessee will be required to pay for any additional charges relating to the damages or condition of the facility.

7. Confetti is not permitted on the grounds or in the facilities.

8. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the grounds or in the facilities.

9. No equipment, tables or chairs may be removed from the premises.

10. The Library is designated as “No Smoking”.

11. All occupants must be out of the facility 10 minutes prior to closing.

12. The Library auditorium is monitored by video surveillance.
